    Rainbow Six Codes Not received...


    I pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege for Xbox One on the 2nd November 2015 and understand that I was supposed to receive 2 download codes for two previous Rainbow Six Vegas titles on Xbox 360.

    To date I have yet to receive the codes. I have today contacted Xbox customer support via chat and have been advised by James that the developer was supposed to e-mail the codes to me directly. This has not been the case and I can confirm that neither codes
    have been received.

    This is different to what I was expecting, particularly as all my other previous pre-order free titles have been made available for install automatically without the need for a code or rely on an email from the developer.

    At the advice of James, I am now therefore posting here in the hope that someone will be able to resolve this matter for me.

    The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
    checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
    a link that directed me here.

    Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
    each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

    If I understand correctly, Rainbow Six: Vegas code worked fine for you, but the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 code is not working? Could you post back the specific error code you are receiving when you try to redeem that code?
