Rainbow 6 vegas and Rainbow 6 vegas 2

I've purchased the Rainbow 6 digital gold edition and have received everything but my redeem codes for the Vegas and Vegas 2 games have disappeared . I'm not sure why they are gone but I never got to redeem them.

I've already called xbox support and they told me to post it here.

I have also no code for Rainbow 6 Vegas1 &2 and no code for Just Cause 2.

 

I also brought rainbox six siege and I haven't received my codes either its been 10 days and still nothing anyomne got any ideas

 

and also can it be the normal rainbox six siege if you buy that will you still get the codes for rainbox six vegas

 

today i bought rainbow six siege it came with two Xbox 360 games {Tom Clancy's rainbow six Vegas also Tom Clancy's rainbow six Vegas 2} that were for Xbox one i entered both codes at Xbox.com/redeemcode i singed in with my micro soft account and put in the
one cod for Vegas two it came up with the terms and conditions i agreed then it loaded when it finished loading it said Error and it said try again so i did the second time but it came up with an Error why Duse it not work

 

I have not received my redeem codes for rainbow 6 vegas 1 and 2! 80% why I bought siege!
