Rainbow 6 Siege downloaded without a charge on credit card

So I saw that Rainbow Six Siege was on sale for a good chunk off to i proceeded to try and buy it, but to my luck, it read that I already owned it and can download immediately. Is some unique bug? I tried to launch the game at 80% downloaded but it asks
if I own the game. I would be willing to buy the game and get the license to play it but I'm afraid I can't actually buy it.

Lost Codes For Rainbow 6 Siege Pre-order.

To get these codes, I had to pre-order Rainbow 6 Siege. The codes were for Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 and 2. I purchased Rainbow 6 siege on Sept 24th 2015. I was sent a message containing the codes and never used them. I went into my messages and was going to finally
use them but they were no longer there.

 

On Home, select My games and apps.

• Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.
  
• Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.
  
• You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data. Go to the store and see if you can purchase or re-download the game again and see if it will play for you.
