Rainbow 6 Siege ask for xbox live but I have it

For some reason, rainbow 6 siege is asking me to pay for xbox live when I already have it, but when I click off the screen I can play terrorist hunt which is something you need xbox live for. But I can’t play any multiplayer mode ingame. I can play other games just fine so what should I do? I tried to power cycle, delete and reinstall, delete my account and add it back.

First, I recommend trying to power cycle the Xbox console
