    Help, I purchased Rainbow 6 Siege on pre-order. I was sent some codes for the 360 Vegas 1 & 2 games but at the time didnt have free space to download them. I recently brought extra storage and went to redeem the codes from my inbox but the messages had
    gone. I ordered on December 3, 2015 Order number 567172082096731269. Could you resend me the codes for the games I have yet to redeem please.

    I contacted support and they opened up this case number [mod removed]

    Vegas and Vegas 2 are backward compatible and you can play and download the games on the Xbox One.

    I preordered Rainbow 6 Siege from Xbox Marketplace. I was sent the same code for both Rainbow 6 Vegas and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. I was able to download Vegas one, but not Vegas 2. Please resend valid code for Vegas 2. I have reached out to Ubisoft who directed
    me to Microsoft support who in turn directed me here. So please help me!
