RAGE MOMENT: I am DONE.. DONE!!! WITH Advanced Warfare!!!

First off if you like Advanced Warfare that's cool.. I respect you for that. However I am just pretty much at my wit's end with Advanced Warfare. At first the game was pretty fun. The guns weren't perfect, but they did the job.

Gun Game: I was disappointed to see that Gun Game wasn't in the playlist at the games launch, but I knew it was coming so I thought it be worth the wait. When it finally arrived I was happy, played a couple of games.. like it for the most
part. Decided I wanted to get some practice in to better myself at the game, went into a Private Match, clicked on "Bonus Games" and guess what Gun Game wasn't there. And too this day it's still hasn't been added to the Private Match playlist. If you guys
remember back when CoD: Ghosts added Gun Game it was added to the Private Match playlist right off the bat. I mean I like to have fun with Friends and mess around in Private Matches not worrying about campers, hackers, or whatnot. I've e-mailed, Tweeted, posted
on the Advanced Warfare forums and asked them time after time to add Gun Game and One Shot to the Private playlist.. and each time there is an update, I have a glimmer of hope and then is just shot down once more.

Guns: When this game first came out I had a blast. I found the guns to be amazing and for the most part well balanced. But now with all the "tweaks" they've done to the guns I find each gun underpowered. To the point where the guns are just
useless.

Maps: Terrible. Each map has plenty of spaces for players to sit and camp. I am a FREE-FOR-ALL player so the maps are way to big for just 8 players, and it's rare to find/keep a full lobby in FFA. Even the "Small" maps are too big.

I just had enough of this game.

Will Call of Duty ever be the same?

The last I enjoyed was blops 2. IW versions have sucked since modern warfare 2 imo. Giving treyarch a chance. If it sucks like advanced warfare does I'm done with COD

Not sure about advanced warfare but I believe progress carried over between 360 and XB1 on Ghosts so hopefully Sledgehammer has done the same with this.

This was the first CoD I haven't bought since 3 so I unfortunately can't comment on it, but with previous titles I often found myself at a similar point to you which is why I'm no longer buying them. The campaign is screaming out to me, but no, I'm done.

 

I've only experienced a bit of AW myself, but from what I played I couldn't get into it. The maps I did play on weren't all that appealing either. Maybe it's just my absence from the series since Black Ops 2, but it just feels like it's a weaker COD title
to me.

 

I stopped playing it two days after release an if the next cod has exos wont be buying it

 

P2P can't handle the exo suits here in Aus, you will not get a smooth game.

 

Nice rant. I still play AW in small doses but it can bsy pretty quick. The campaign was pretty good and survival was fun for a while. I gotta say though, I really enjoyed zombies. Overall, it's a pretty fun game but only in small doses and with friends if
you can. I only have 1 friend that plays this game religiously. It's the only game she plays.

I honestly don't know why anyone played AW in the first place. I was done with CoD MP after MW3. The game just didn't evolve enough.

 

Hardcore team deathmatch would probably solve 2 of your issues .

I pretty much moan on the entire time I play cod , now I have Bf4 , I spend less time on cod .

 

Call of Duty took away 3 years of solid games for me to experience. Never again. Lord and savior (according to the community) Treyarch isn't getting my money.

 

Enjoyed your rant, 10/10, would read again. That being said I think AW is a solid and enjoyable FPS, not great by any means, but decent.

 

The question is. Are you looking forward to Black Ops 3?

 

I would rather see WW2 again with set classdes and no perks except possibly artillery. go back to true cod and skill.
