Rage 2 Digital Deluxe items not available.

Hello. I pre-ordered the Rage 2 digital deluxe edition. I am not getting the items I was promised for the game. They are supposed to come in-game once you link your Bethesda account, which I have. I received the pre-order items, but not the deluxe items.
I have contacted Bethesda with no answer . I am asking for help here since it's on my Xbox, and I bought the game from the Xbox store. If I can't get the deluxe edition items, I need to be refunded the extra $20 for the deluxe edition.

PS: I checked my Xbox purchase history, and it says I did buy the deluxe edition. I checked my credit card statement, and I was charged $85 for the deluxe edition.

Did you progress far enough in order to use those items? They should all unlock, minus the BFG after the opening tutorial. The game will let you know about them too.

Because the Deluxe Edition pack comes with:

• Rise of the Ghosts Expansion. Available by 12.31.2019

• Doom BFG (which crash lands in a crater that will be marked on your map, close to the beginning of the game)

• Wasteland Wizard Cheat Codes

• Battle Standard (flag for your car)

• Progress Booster

Same problem, I haven't gotten the BFG, it doesn't appear at the beginning of the game, I read that if you meet up at gunbarrel then go back that usually helps, that didn't work, I don't even get the notification that pops up, already have a link since
I do play other Bethesda games, I've unlinked and relinked, started over and deleted still nothing, I've tried some of the tricks on gaming sites that seem to have helped others but those didn't work either. Hopefully they're planning a fix for it, the game
is amazing.
