Rage 2 Deluxe Edition Not Working/Displaying

Hello,

I purchased as physical copy of Rage 2, and entered the code that came with the disc for the deluxe edition. For some reason the content is not showing up. Below I'm going to list all the things I've done, maybe someone can help;

1. I entered the DLC code provided by the retailer.

2. Downloaded, installed and updated the game.

3. Created and linked the Bethesda account to my Xbox live.

4. I've uninstalled the game several times, I even deleted the internal saved data for this game.

5. Performed several hard resets and restarts.

6. I also removed my Xbox account from my console, logged in again and nothing.

7. I went to the Microsoft store from the game hub, searched for the deluxe pack which it states "is not sold separately."

8. Contacted Bethesda which they sent me an email with detailed instructions. No luck there!

9. Microsoft support called me last night. No luck there!

Is there something else I should do? This has never happened to me with any of the games I own.

I tried asking Microsoft for a new code, to which they respectfully declined. They stated the code has already been redeemed to my account, however is not on my console. I can see the deluxe pack on my purchase/download history but not on my console/profile.

Please help!!!!

Also, sometimes it's possible that people buy a physical game like that from a retailer and open it and try it and use codes from within, and then return it the same day or next day. Then it's put back on the shelf and the next person who buys it will
have codes that have already been redeemed. Just make sure if you ever purchase physical editions with added content that it is brand new and does not have any signs of being opened or tampered with. Good luck!

Sorry you having this issue. Just to let you most retailers will allow you to exchange the game but not give you a full refund. It all depends on where you brought it. Best of luck!

Does the deluxe upgrade show in your purchase history. Also you might reach out to Bethesda and tell them you got a bad code.
