    Rage 2 codes redeemed but not installed


    Hello

    I have redeemed the deluxe edition and pre order pack for Rage 2 but it has not installed on my xbox one console .

    I have checked purchase history and both codes have been redeemed .

    I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling however the add ons don't show up under manage games and add on .

    Please help.

    The pre-order pack may just be in game stuff, so redeeming the code will then put whatever you get straight in the game without downloading anything.

    Go directly to store, and search for RAGE 2 and see if appears the install option.

    Try to go to the rage 2 page in the store, see if you can download it, and check to see if the dlc items show up in the game.
