    I see these games in Gamepass Games List and i was able Download these games. But Now This Games Wont Open , and i am seeing 0x803F8001. Rage 2 and Wolfenstein 2 has same Problem. Please Fix This Very Important Problem. Please Help Us !!! We are your
    members. And we arent deserve this kind of Treatment !!!

    Sorry, i should say about my System. I am PC User( Gtx 1080 Ti&Ryzen 3700X). And i am living these probems in " Xbox Gamepass PC " i fix my problem " Temporary " I am living in Turkey. When i am try opening this games with my default region setting (of
    course i am talking about Windows settings ) i am seeing " 0x803F8001 " error code. But on the other side. When i am choosing USA Region i can enter these two games.... But as i can say this is " Temporary " fix.

    So what is problem ? I think Microsoft are locked this games for my Country ( Turkey ) And now Microsoft must unlock these games for Turkey. Can you help me please ??? Becouse we are paying membership money like your Usa Customers.

    It could always be a corrupted download. That's what it sounds like. You may have to reinstall the games and try again.

    hi Eren

    i have had couple of similar issues to where games would not load via my pc. i believe like with a prepaid card if you purchase from usa but live in turkey as you say it will not work its almost like a region lock if you can play game in region 1 or have
    purchased a subscription in another region i don't believe it will transfer i could be wrong and there be a simple solution to your problem i will have a look into this and see if i can dig up any information for you.

    Hihi! Just adding on to XBF Chris J. Once you finish with that trouble shooting.

    Power Cycle     your console. It will help your Xbox run a little smoother and might solve some issues.
