Radial Calculation on elite controller not working

Discus and support Radial Calculation on elite controller not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; The radial calculation and overall button mapping is horribly glitched right now.     Radial Calculation on elite controller not working


    The radial calculation and overall button mapping is horribly glitched right now. Every time you edit a preset it replaces it with the next one in line (ex - edited "Layout 1" and turned radial calculation on, and instead it will turn that into layout 2
    and not allow you to map layout 1 to 1 of your 2 controller choices) This may sound confusing but if you have the elite controller and try to do some mapping, good luck. Playing FPS without radial calc is a joke because it doesn't register diagonals.

    How do i go about fixing this so i can play overwatch?

    Hello!

    Just a bit of advice. If you ask a vague question you're likely going to get a vague response. I would suggest asking a specific question and clarify what you want to know. If you attack people trying to help you, people are going to stop trying to help.

    You asked "What exactly is it used for?" and were given the answer of what it's used for.

    Have also problems with radial calculation ... with activated calculation i can not save layouts, respectively key mapping is created as a new layout and the radial calculation is deactivated

    We are aware of this situation, and are looking into why it's happening. We believe it's related to the radial calculation, however we haven't been able to nail it down specifically.

    The current work around is to not use the radial calculations for a bit until we can figure this out; note that this can happen with other set ups even if you aren't using radial calculations, though. We'll update you once we have more information!
