Why do you still have an unreachable secret society of protective custody hall monitors who abuse the little bit of petty authority you give them? Not to mention they dictate and basically do whatever they feel like without having to answer to anyone,
and the decisions they make are nonnegotiable, and unreasonable. Just like giving a punk from school a badge, they abuse their power and end up in court (if they're lucky) because you structured it in a way that enabled the whole situation to play out that
way. I identify as an alien and I'm very offended by what they represent. So I want all of your HALO profile pictures gone because they promote the extermination and mass genocide of my race. Also your 8-ball gang sign profile picture promotes violence and
drug related criminal activities, so it's gotta go too. I got a 24 hour ban for using a smiling black man's face as my profile picture. COULD YOU BE ANY MORE RACIST? I 100% guarantee if I use that exact same picture with a white man's face instead, this post
would have never taken place. Just wait...in 24 hours I will post the exact same picture with a white man instead, and if it's not banned within 15 minutes like the black man's face was, you better lawyer up real fast, cuz i'll take this as far as emailing

But essentially, something was reported as they found it offensive. The enforcement team agreed. In a world where the political correctness has taken over, you have to adapt and ensure that anything you do can't be taken as offensive, even if you don't think
it is, others might.

Im not sure it would be worth getting a lawyer over as xbox would hire a very good lawyer and you would need quite the case against them (I’m not so sure you receiving a 24 hour online video gaming ban would give you a strong argument). Again, if there
is a need to report anything, follow the link that some of these kind people left as the forums cannot help with your situation.
