This gamer has not only called my nephew the “N bomb” several times, but he also antagonized a response which got my nephew a communcation ban! His racist language alone should be a permanant ban! Its unexcusable! I will be holding microsoft accountable
if their guidlines arent met! Anyone that said anything negative at all including my nephew who already received his punishment which was provoked by spam invites to party chat, and trash talking from this gamer! Oh, but to microsoft, and this kid, black lives
must not matter though huh? He’s been reported by several people for it before, and after the harrassing chat invites! Permanant ban from xbox live for his entire xbox is the only acceptable punishment! And an apology wouldn’t him!

I’m not over reacting! When a kids screaming white power and saying racist remarks into the microphone! Him and his parents should be held accountable!

I understand that they’ll have a delayed response due to the covid virus. I don’t understand how people who do things like this can report the victims of the act, and the victim gets a ban instead of the one who is actually causing the issue. My nephew
wanted me to ask to have the ban removed from him. I said, “ You should have never responded back at all, and immediatly notified xbox live by reporting that player. So you must accept your punishment as well.” He understood, though he is upset. I had a similar
issue, got myself a 2 day ban by responding. Wasn’t even a negative response. The online troll sent me a message with exact words. “Enjoy the ban!” Or id be an ambassador as well. 🤷&#55356;�‍♂️

Unfortunately, the current health context reduces the responsiveness of the Enforcement team. While waiting for your report to be reviewed, I recommend you to block this user so that the gaming session conditions can improve.

He was reported by several witnesses and victims of the racist language he was using. I stepped in and told them to not respond to him or give into his spamming of chat invites and messages. Contacted xbox live and microsoft on here and xbox itself and
on their facebook page. It needs to be addressed. I do appreciate the response. Hopefully everything will be taken care of. I don’t know whos raising that boy, but I’d knock some semse into my nephews if I ever heard them repeat what he said to anyone, regardless
the situation.

I think the explanation you gave to your nephew is perfect: even if you are the victim of inappropriate behaviour, it is necessary to go through the reporting system to limit the number of victims by letting Team Enforcement deal with the problem at the
source.

Unfortunately, he learns it at his own expense and I am not surprised that an insulting/toxic player comes to taunt him after sanction. I don't understand these behaviors, but they do exist.

The only possible solution is to use the means available to Xbox Live users: report players behaving inappropriately and block them to avoid provocations in return.
