    Racing Wheel/ Brake and gas Pedal setup


    Hey all, so I've been thinking about getting a racing wheel, gas/brake pedal setup so i can race with more precision and realism... What do you recommend is a good setup (brand wise) and where should i get it? Online or video game store?

    Racing wheel pedals don't work?

    360 doesn't recognize wireless racing wheel pedals? All other controlls seem to work fine but there is no gas or brake can anyone offer a suggestion?

    Wrw02 wireless racing wheel w force feedback no longer works properly on most of my racing games!!!

    I recently pulled out my wrw02 to do some racing and the pedals no longer respond To inputs, and there is no response to inputs made on the gas pedal Or brake when setting up steering preferences....? I have a couple of games. Forza racing, Grid, Dirt
    2. The only one I can actually play is Dirt 2...! Buttons for accelerate And brake on the wheel work... No pedal response or ability to specify pedals Under setup. I have had this setup for a few years, never had a problem... I've read I like that a Microsoft
    update may be the issue... I did have several updates take place when I plugged in. I have cleared the cache and have tried to find info on this issue to no avail. Can someone please help me? I love my racing games and wheel, and I will be more Than upset
    if this update issue has rendered my setup useless!

    I'm curious as to which wheel setups you're referring to here. I have a Fanatec GT2, and it uses the shift paddles as LB/RB, with the brake and gas functioning as LT/RT. I assumed that this was pretty standard across most wheel/pedal setups.

    Yes the microsoft wheel has a very sensitive pressure to it. Most of my cars dont have ANY brakes upgrade b/c the pedals are to sensitive. I race my car with the normal brake settings

    Forza horizon 3-4 Driving manual with clutch

    There are some really great posts on here.

    I race a lot online (PC and console) and for me when using a controller, I turn the manual clutch off

    I applaud you for using the manual clutch, I race with people who do that and they are very fast.

    I always use manual shifting.

    I used the Manual Clutch for a long time and for me, there is just too much going on with the controller already.

    For example: keeping a consistent racing line while trail braking and then throwing another button press on top of that. That is too much for me. I try and brake late and keep momentum through the corners.

    Manual Clutch helps with acceleration and braking (quicker shift times) which definitely helps.

    When racing with a wheel and pedals, I use the clutch.

    Racing with a wheel and pedals is like being a drummer.

    It will take some practice.

    Don't forget to blip the throttle on downshift.

    does the £80 wheel come with pedals?the cheapest steering wheel and pedals ive seen was well over £200.this has put me off buying forza because i hate playing racing sims with a controller.i had one for ps3 (the GT5) and it was awesome.you could feather
    the brake and throttle and adjust the force feedback to give full control.id love some like this for the xbox one but im not willing to pay £200 plus for it!
