    Racially slurred


    Can you all please explain to me why I am banned for somebody racially slurring me and you ban me. If Xbox is supposed to be a happy place why am I banned. All I did was join a party and I was slurred then I left that's all I did and I get banned. Then the
    guy text me and harasses me. Then I block him and report him and I get banned. What's is really going on here? You all can look at my record. I have a great record no report said or anything. My communication and my game should with Xbox live are affected.
    Please help me verb unbanned. It I didn't until next Friday. Today is 5-26-17 until 6-2-17

    I've personally never understood the point of a campaign on CoD.
    It just doesn't feel like CoD without a teen virgin yelling racial slurs at you.

    Can I get someone banned?

    They see a lot of people getting mad, and a lot of people reporting others, but getting under your skin and doing something worthy of getting banned is quite different.

    Did the guy use any racial slurs or say anything about illegal activities and the like? If he did you can probably get him temporarily banned, 48 hours most likely.

    it would take a full on racial insult or threats of death for someone to get permanently banned and most of the time things never get that bad.

    A 1 week suspension means it's either not your first suspension or whatever you got caught doing was quite serious.

    The email sent to the address linked to your account will tell you why you are suspended or you can look on the enforcement site
    here where you can file for a case review if eligible.

    Fyi you can still submit a case review but racials slurs are a clear violation of the terms of use and they have zero tolerance for them

    @Larcelot - The word in question was never used as a racial slur, it was variations of the word. Just like variations of the word Chinese/China for another particular racial slur. The word in question (Also translated to black in spanish), is but a non-offensive
    form of classification of skin tone. I mentioned before it would be the equivalent to saying the word "Caucasian" is a racial slur and should be banned from xbox gamertags, messages and chats.
