    Racially abused on Xbox Live


    Hi all,

    I just beat a guy 1-0 on FIFA and he decided to send me two racist voice messages:

    [Mod Removed]

    [Mod Removed]

    His gamertag is: [Mod Removed]

    This guy needs to be banned from Xbox Live, never experienced anything like this in my 10+ years on XBL. I have reported the messages but wanted more people to be aware.

    Racial Abuse By Gamer: [Removed]

    Several times tonight I have been racially abused by this player and called a[Removed]. I have reported him and hope that he will be banned for life. His gamer score really low so I presume he has been banned before. I have reported him to Xbox Live but
    that will take weeks and I will call Xbox live tomorrow and see what they have to say as this can carry a jail term.

    To reiterate: The gamer [Removed]has racially abused me and possibly others.

    Hi,

    I have been ban for a week on xbox live causd i reacted to be racially abused while playing the game, this is unfair treatment and has happened to me twice now and id like the suspension lifted as i only defended myself

    Stop invoking the word censor in your posts. It is against Forum rules and boid will get upset with you.
    And you definitely do not want that! :) Luckily, I have the keen ability to discern between ranting and abuse towards other forum members on the one hand, and a description of some off-forum situation on the other. Still and all, avoiding the filter
    is probably a good idea.

    To OP: An Old Freak has the right of it. Report any and all abuse you encounter on Xbox Live. I get that you don't necessarily get immediate - or any - satisfaction with a summary slap-down of some jerk, but only with multiple reports will the bad actors
    be found and dealt with.
