Hello enforcement team an thanks for keeping xbox a safe place for everyone to play, my Gamertag is [Mod Removed] an i too an being harrassed by this same player called [Mod Removed] he follows me an friends in game an makes racial comments to me an friends
through Voice an messenger, have made several attempts to block person but finds a way in game an party, idk if the enforcement team is reading these idk if were in wrong forum but can someone get back to us an at least confirm if the right dept has recieved

Fyi you can still submit a case review but racials slurs are a clear violation of the terms of use and they have zero tolerance for them

A 1 week suspension means it's either not your first suspension or whatever you got caught doing was quite serious.

The email sent to the address linked to your account will tell you why you are suspended or you can look on the enforcement site
here where you can file for a case review if eligible.

@Larcelot - The word in question was never used as a racial slur, it was variations of the word. Just like variations of the word Chinese/China for another particular racial slur. The word in question (Also translated to black in spanish), is but a non-offensive
form of classification of skin tone. I mentioned before it would be the equivalent to saying the word "Caucasian" is a racial slur and should be banned from xbox gamertags, messages and chats.
