Racial Slur not being enforced.

Just today I was playing Fortnite creative. I guess there was an unhappy individual who then proceeded to use the N word against me in a message. I tried to follow the necessary chain of I reporting and nothing has been done. I’m highly offended by it and he did it twice. Neither time action was taken against the individual. How am I supposed to play games on a company that allows for racial slurs?

As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take action. Action is not always taken immediately.

Ah okay, well I’m sorry I’m just a little irritated because last few times action was taken quickly, I just didn’t appreciate what had happened.

Sorry but in the US it's a fairly common racial slur, you can try to appeal to enforcement but I would not count on any change.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Racial slurs are a violation of the code of conduct, so as long as you have reported those people, the enforcement team will investigate them as well and take the appropriate action.
