Racial Abuse message from another gamer

My son encountered a very disparaging message from gamer: [Mod Removed - Do not call out other individuals on the forums] while playing the xbox game Call of Duty World at War on 5/20/2017 at 9:47pm Paciific time. Apparently for complaining
that[Mod Removed - Do not call out other individuals on the forums] was system tapering during the game. This involved infecting the lobby and creating an unfair advantage for himself (Inability to die or they call it god mode).[Mod
Removed - Do not call out other individuals on the forums] did not like that my son complained to him and sent him the following message through the Xbox Live messaging service:

Especially galling since my son is of color and his mother is currently sick. Xbox live should not be a platform of hate and vial messages. having disagreements is okay but this is taking it too far. I order to prevent[Mod Removed - Do not call
out other individuals on the forums] attacking other gamers, he should be suspended for a period. It is the only way he will learn. Especially given that he ridiculed my son about reporting him or her. Obviously feeling Xbox is incapable of taking
action.

Report and block the offending message/person. XBLPET will investigate and take action as appropriate.
