Racial Abuse, I’m really upset and not sure what I can do

I recommend reporting and blocking the player. You have to use the tools that the system makes available for this.

To report an inappropriate text or voice message:

Select the Messages icon.

Select the message conversation containing the inappropriate message.

Right-click, or if using a touch device, press and hold the inappropriate message and select Report.

Select Message. If the message included an advertisement or was sent repeatedly, select Spam from the dropdown menu.

Provide any additional information in the text box, and then select Report to Xbox.

I refunded them twice that doesn’t count as abuse right? Because I’m not sure what would classify as abuse

Do you know what I can do then because I’m upset and my parents have payed a lot for the console and we can’t get a refund

White people can be racially abused. If he aims that stuff at me, what would he aim at people he knew aren't white?

Just because it's on-line doesn't make it acceptable.

I’m really upset with this new dash…. I do remember being annoyed I couldn’t see my background initially but gave up on that because that’s just how it was set up however I’d rather be able to SEE what I’m doing…. I’m so disgusted with this update

Not to mention the initial icon setup is set up after phone …. There’s no point anymore to accentuate the background like this makes zero sense with icon setup
