    R6S DLC not working


    I recently bought the Rainbow 6 Siege complete edition which comes with year 1-4 dlc operators and when i launched the game only year 4 operators were unlocked the rest are locked so I tried uninstalling the game and dlc then installing them one by one
    but still nothing. Can someone please help me?

    Can you confirm which edition of the game you purchased, as there does not seem to be mention of a complete edition? Are you by any chance referencing the
    Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Ultimate Edition?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your operators to populate for use in game. I totally understand how this could be pretty upsetting. I suggest removing and redownloading your profile as outlined in our support article
    entitled How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

    When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

    R6S DLC not working

    Maybe a hard reset can help.

    Hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts down.

    Then unplug the power cable and wait for 5 min before plugging it back in.

    That might solve the problem

    Kindly also go to My games and apps

    -> highlight the game

    -> press the menu button

    -> Manage game & add-ons

    -> Click on the game

    -> Select all

    -> save changes
