Yes he COULD have accidentally activated it, but the fact remains that he didn't try getting out of the glitch - instead he used it to his advantage. That, my friend, constitutes cheating. Also; we(my Titanfall Squad of 5) followed him around for games after
that and we witnessed him continually trying to access glitches. Repeat offender? Ban one account and he uses another for it..

If Microsoft don't do anything about it then they won't be getting anymore of my money, lol. I refuse to play with players like this, they clearly have no skill. Reason I bought an Xbox was because of how many hacks/glitches are on PlayStation.

Heck they may even strongly condemn or "draw a line in the sand."

But will likely continue to take his money...

If I was as passionate about this as you seem, I would direct my feelings towards respawn.

MS usually dish out account suspensions for this kind of thing, followed by a perma-ban if the player carries on doing it. I think it would be very harsh to ban someone's account/console for a first offence. A temporary suspension is fine for this kind of
thing IMO, cos it gives the player a chance to change their ways. If your account is banned, you lose all of the games/content attached to it, which could be hundreds of pounds worth of stuff, so it should be reserved for serious offences or people who continually
re-offend and ignore all of the warnings.

If hes exploiting a glitch, itll be Respawn that will deal with him, not Xbox. You also cant name and shame people in these forums. The video proof is great to get, but its no good here in these forums. Get it to Respawn. I didnt watch the vid, but glitchers
do stink. Change lobbies and game on.

I think so cheat person might by PC account to Xbox one for hack, I hate cheat and hack they like games cheat still big problem internet never security networks. But Respawn have ready ban hack will block ip address or mac address person get out anymore
can't back, think Respawn will information id name to Xbox service member Xbox consoles serial number lock anymore.

I think district opinion is well stated.

For fun lets look at a console ban as the "death penalty."

I do think random cheated(and unethical) but doesn't rise to the degree of receiving the "death penalty."

I did not read the Xbox live rules, but bet it states something like "cheating can result in console band."

And if that's not the case it would depend on there definition and interpretation of cheating( and its probably loosely defined).

Probably got to be pretty bad when MS won't take someone's money.

And I don't believe anyone who say's they were banned for nothing, because I have ran into some real "trash."

I'm not saying what he did was okay. It's kind of like "unethical" vs "illegal." I think what he's doing is unethical but I agree with panama400 in that I doubt any sort of ban would happen. It's within the capabilities of the game as presented to us by
Respawn, at this point in time, without any modding of code or hardware on his part.

I'm not saying I'm right and you're wrong we just happen to have differing opinions on what constitutes cheating. What he is doing IS wrong, though.

That's frustrating for sure but I don't know that I would call him a "cheater." It's a glitch in the game he and many others have exploited.

Anyway, I'd report it to Respawn, per Sigma's suggestion, so they can get moving on a fix, if they haven't already.

"Glitching is an activity in which a person finds and exploits flaws or glitches in video games to achieve something that was not intended by the game designers." - so yes, I would call him a cheater, considering he is taking advantage of a software error
in order to improve his gaming stats, instead of doing it like a proper player. Therefore, he deserves a console ban. As does anybody else that decides its ok to use a glitch to gain unfair advantage.

As for reporting it, I will be doing that shortly.. I even messaged the XBLET and reported him.
