Quzntum break: None of the Codes Recieved

I've been waiting for the preorder codes for Alan Wake, American Nightmare, and QB for Windows 10. I've contacted support 2 times and visited the game publisher's website. The publisher site directs you to call xbox support. Xbox support finally directs
you here. Is there anything I can do to get the codes?

Hey there IAMTHEONEBEAST.

After taking a look into this it appears you are not eligible for this particular promotion. Are you able to sign into

commerce.microsoft.com and verify what day it shows as purchased for you? in order to be eligible a purchase would have needed to be made before 04/05/16

I purchased Quantum Break Xbox One but have not had the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare or Quantum Break for windows 10.

I've contacted support 2 times as well and have been
directs you here any help would be appreciated.

Where did you purchase Quantum Break from? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
