    Not sure if this would make sense but just in case it helps to the Xbox OS developers team.

    Quick Resume doesn't work all the time and many times I need to do a full shutdown to start the game as it stays frozen on the Quick Resume screen. I have reported the issue.

    I have just noticed that the first thing that the game does after quick resume, after a full console shutdown, is requesting to sign in which I just need to confirm that it is me. Could the issue of Quick Resume be originated by sign in not prompting or the game trying to start without being 'signed in'?

    I just wanted to leave the idea here in case OS developers find a link to the origin of this issue.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    The Quick Resume is an integral part of the system, it can't be disabled.

    You can, however, be sure to quit the game when you stop playing.

    Press Xbox Guide button > Menu button over the game you want to quit > Quit Game.

    I have tried to reproduce the scenario you described but I wasn't successful, I am not sure why your game is still in Quick Resume if you used the Quit option.

    unfortunately it's not an error, the message informs the reason, because the data must be verified, it uses the cloud so that it doesn't stop your game, only the offline content is not enough for that.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Are you getting an error or simply they're not adding despite you pinning the games?

    Also, I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps."
