    So I just got my series X last week and im enjoying it,when i got it i remmeber the quick resume feature for the console being there and i was using it,all of a sudden its not working anymore i read something saying microsoft disabled the feature and another
    problem seems to be when i leave a game open and lets say i go to netflix it than closes out my game automatically,on my xbox one i was allowed to leave a game running with netflix open in the background but on the series x i cant for some reason.Any ideas
    ?

    Having the same issue here. Just started happening within the last day or so. I understand quick resume is not fully functional yet for all games, but not sure why one game doesnt stay open when watching Netflix. I got a new TV yesterday, so I thought
    that could be causing issues with it’s game mode. Not sure how, but all those feautures are new to me so I couldn’t be sure. Other than that I’ve tried endless combinations of turning settings on and off on both my xbox and tv to no avail. Wish I had more
    to offer, but thats as far as I’ve got after a day and a half of troubleshooting. Haven’t found too much info online either... good to know i’m not alone!

    I can't play online in forza horizon 5

    Hello i have the same problem here but none of this helped me. When i start the game and try to go to online it load for a while and just says check your connection but everything is alright on my side this means there is something wrong on Microsofts end.

    I hope they'll fix it soon because i really want to play with my friends.
    Do you play on a Xbox Series X|S console?

    If so be sure to close the game properly by opening the Xbox Guide (Xbox button on controller) > Forza Horizon 5 > More options (Menu button with three lines) > Quit.

    This will close without saving the game to Quick Resume which is known to cause connection issues with online games.

    You can also see if it is in Quick Resume when you start the game and it says Quick Resume in the top right corner on the game's splash screen, or by checking the Quick Resume group when you open the Xbox Guide > My games & apps > Quick Resume.

    try to remove from quick resume the games that you have saved with quick resume on the console, and if you have more apps or games open in the background, close them.

    Then do a cache clear and try one of the games.
