    Quick question (Xbox Ambassador)


    Does any current Xbox Ambassador (or non-current) know the email address in which I can send an email to so I can get my profile updated to show that I am an Xbox Ambassador?

    Recently changed my gamertag and would like to get it all activated once again Quick question (Xbox Ambassador) :)

    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Questions about the Ambassador Program

    Hi, I have some quick questions about the Ambassador Program.
    • I spoke to an Agent from Xbox Support and he told me that whenever a Ambassador completes a chat, he/she would
      earn assists. I'm not getting any assists for completing chats, why not?
    • There is a badge associated with becoming an Ambassador or being accepted for the Ambassador Program, I got a badge but without a number. How do I get a number?

    Yes that's correct but I can't actually access the Ambassador section because I changed my gamertag. In the past whenever an Ambassador changed his/her gamertag they needed to inform the Ambassador staff (or by email) so their profile could be updated within
    their system.

    Maybe that's changed now as I haven't been on for a couple of months however, I could be wrong.

    Contact Mrs Ermine via PM (Not sure if I spelled the name correct) or, head over to the ambassadors area to discuss this topic.......

    The system should catch up with all the updates at some point.

    The OP has already said that he can't access the Ambassador section. Given that Miss Ermine almost exclusively posts there alone, it would be very difficult for the OP to get a PM to her.

    @OP I have sent a PM to Miss Ermine on your behalf. Hopefully you should receive a response from her soon. It may not be until after the weekend though, as she would probably only work during business hours. I'll PM you a copy
    paste of the PM I sent her.
