    I just ordered a Xbox One on amazon, i was curious, do you still have to do an update out of the box for the new xbox one consoles. Its the unity bundle by the way

    Hello Everyone!

    Quick question about Xbox One and recording devices. Will recording devices still function with the new Xbox, devices such as capture modules like Hauppauge HD PVR, Elgato Game Capture and other recording devices that directly connect to the console and
    a PC/Mac.

    Quick Question about Xbox One

    These devices just grab the HDMi signal at the sorce, so it's possible that they'll continue to work as long as Xbox One will have an HDmi connection.

    All Xbox One consoles will need to do an update before they are accessible. Once that is done you'll be able to install and play your games.
