Quick question about Xbox cloud gaming

There will be more countries added to the cloud gaming list but when that is & what countries will be added is anyones guess.No one here has that info.

It's just a case of keeping an eye on social media or Xbox Wire for any announcements.

I have started copying some of my saves for my most played games across to the Cloud storage but I had one more question about this:

When I start a game and it comes up with the storage option to use (Hard drive or Cloud) if I select Hard Drive, will my saves automatically be updated on the Cloud storage too?

i have a quick question for the xbox 360 . what game saves can you save on the cloud on an xbox 360? all or is their like a list.cause i was told its only the xbox360 games released from these past 6 months

I know I talked about this last night but I wanted to ask another person just to be safe. I refunded the same game in the past 3 times. If it comes on game pass in the future and if I play it through the game pass subscription. Will I be getting banned or no? I’m just curious and worried. I’m not gonna buy the game again just play it through the game pass.
