Quick question about the 360 slim

After I turn off a 360 4GB Slim(basically when the green light stops blinking completely), is it safe to move it inside an enclosed space?Or will that shorten the lifespan of the console?

Quick Question About Slimes

They spawn on all non-transparent blocks at all light levels. Glass, glowstone, slabs etc are considered transparent. When making spawners, I usually cover non-spawn areas (like the top of the spawner we made in your game) with half slabs or glass. Slabs
are cheaper to make so I usually go with cobble half slabs.

Also, they only spawn in specific chunks, no matter what the floor. If you are building a slime farm in some random location on your map, you only stand a 25% or less chance of randomly picking the correct chunk(s) to build in.

I believe you need a minimum height of 3 blocks but I usually make my slime farm 4.

Slimes only spawn at level 16 or less. This gives you only 3 floor levels (4+1 for the floor)..

Slimes (the small ones) are the only mob that climbs ladders.

Slimes can drown.

Slimes usually will congregate to the corner of a room. For this reason, i usually put a lava blade in each corner of a slime farm at 3 blocks off the floor. This will make the large and medium slimes run into the knife and die/split into the smaller ones
who can't reach the knife. I rarely care about XP for slimes so the lava blade is usually a fixture in my farm.

If you are not getting slimes and your depth is <=16 and you have solid blocks for them to spawn on,, its possible you are building in a non-slime chunk. If you are, building in a slime chunk, make sure that ALL caverns above and around you are lit with
torches. You (player) must be at least 24 blocks away from the area for anything to spawn.

If the console is fully powered off, you can place it in a enclosed space, as long as it isn't humid etc.

Just be sure to not turn it on while in an enclosed space, since it could result in overheating.

 

The best position is to place your console in a well-ventilated, uncluttered area away from other electronic devices.

Is better to not move the console immideately after using for it still emits heat that might damage the console in the long run.

I suggest you to always position your console in well-ventilated place and not move it often.

 

I forgot to mentioned it, but I agree with not moving the console a lot and not immediately after it's powered off.

 

Ah, well that's probably not good then. I moved console for around a year now.

The thing is, the reason why I move it in an enclosed space after I power off the console is to avoid having siblings in my home stack something on top of it or placing objects near one of the vents, which happened from time to time around a year. However,
if I'm ready to play, I always bring it out in a open ventilated area.

There's not much other safe places I can leave it because of the small home I live in, I guess I'm *** either way.
