Quick question About Repairs

My Xbox is on but my TV says no signal so and I've tried all the troubleshooting methods, and I guess the problem is coming from the hardware. My Xbox warranty had already expired last year so I decided to open it up. Can I still get repairs at my local
Microsoft store, or do I have to go to a local retail store since I peeled off the warranty sticker?

Hey there, removing the sticker voids warranty and may likely result in microsoft not repairing. Check your hdmi and hdmi ports on tv, may have a bad port or bad cable

Being that you removed a sticker that is used to see if its tampered, high likelihood that you will be denied a repair.

If you take it to the Microsoft store they can take a look and determine if you tampered with the console or not and will decide if they can assist or not.

I only opened the black box blocking all the hardware, do you think I could get a repair If i tell them this?

1 month ago I send in my Elite Series 2 because it was broken.

I didnt got any response or anything around that my controller is in.

After one month still no response

Can someone tell me how to get my controller back and repaired 😬

Edit: Its also not a good idea to open your console, even if the console is out of warranty, Xbox does offer OOW repairs for a small fee.
