Quick Question about downloaded games

For example I have purchased some games on my current 360 but I will be upgrading to an XB1 shortly, but the games that I've purchased in the store etc, will I be able to re-download them onto the XB1?

Most simular issues aren't about downloading then again on the newer console just rather can they download them again so I just want to make sure really because it'll be pointless me buying more games on here when I'll be moving in a month and they don't
transfer over

Quick question about pre downloads.

If I were to pre download Witcher 3, would it be released to me on the release date at midnight in my time zone? So come 12am eastern, instead of waiting in a ridiculous line (which I have done and would do for this if necessary) I would just turn my One on and play?

Every game has it's own specific time that it'll unlock at, and when you preload it will tell you this. Most games unlock at 1201am EST.

The Xbox One is not backwards compatible so you can't play 360 games on it,physical copies or downloaded copies.

If you want to carry on using the games you've downloaded on your 360 then you will have to keep your 360 & use that to play them.

When an account is permanently banned from XBL everything associated with it is considered forfeit as per the XBL Terms of Servce including; gamer score, game saves, Live time, ms points and download content. This would also include
any codes redeemed on the account as well. If you want the content for your new account you will have to purchase it.

Stop cheating and you won't have to worry about losing everything.

I know I talked about this last night but I wanted to ask another person just to be safe. I refunded the same game in the past 3 times. If it comes on game pass in the future and if I play it through the game pass subscription. Will I be getting banned or no? I’m just curious and worried. I’m not gonna buy the game again just play it through the game pass.

Yes, it is probably because of your Gold membership. If you have a Live Gold subscription, when you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate all your Gold will be converted to Ultimate. And if you are subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate and add a Live Gold subscription, the Gold will be converted to Ultimate as:

1 month of Gold - 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Gold - 50 days of Ultimate

6 months of Gold - 79 days of Ultimate

12 months of Gold - 4 months of Ultimate

24 months of Gold - 8 months of Ultimate

So if your Game Pass Ultimate would expire in May, adding 12 months of Live Gold to your account would make it convert to 4 months of Ultimate, which then would make your Ultimate expire only on September.
