Quick pad not working

Discus and support Quick pad not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; when I'm in battle my quick pad will not let me access my potions, it shows that I don't have any even though I have loads, I have tried clearing it...     Quick pad not working


    when I'm in battle my quick pad will not let me access my potions, it shows that I don't have any even though I have loads, I have tried clearing it and re installing it but it still doesn't work, even after the new update yesterday 19/04/2017, why is this?

    Broken day one pad.

    I would buy a new pad quicker imo

    I can assign them but when in battle it shows the pad at the bottom left with no potions showing/unable to use but when I have finished I press the pad and it shows potions there

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the game re assigned the potions and it still didn't work
