Quick Charge Kit not charging!

So I have a quick charge kit (where you can charge two batteries at a time) and I've also got two batteries. One of the batteries charges fine. The problem is with the other battery. As soon as I plug it into the kit, the light turns red for about one second
and then turns green. It happens in both sides of the kit. However, I don't think the problem is with the battery because I can charge the battery just fine with the Play & Charge Kit plugged into the controller.

Anyone have any ideas as to this behavior for the quick charge kit?

How do most of you charge your controllers?

Quick charge kit, right in front of me as my 360 and my PC shares one monitor. Had 2 play n' charge kits and returned both of them because it's not charging for some reason.

Quick Charge Kit

If you're talking AA and AAA type batteries, check out the Sanyo Enloops. I'm a photographer and that's what many pros use for their rechargeable batteries when they shoot. They work great and don't have a "memory" like the Energizer and Duracell ones do, so they last longer.
