Queuing for game

Discus and support Queuing for game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; can any one tell me why I got to que on my xbox one live membership to play on fortnite and the when turn is ready I turn around and tells me my timer...     can any one tell me why I got to que on my xbox one live membership to play on fortnite and the when turn is ready I turn around and tells me my timer has run out and I got to go allk away to the back of que again.......please help

    Well ehat error are you getting

    if it is a region error then two things

    1st do you live in an xbox live region?

    If so does your account region match your actual location?

    If not that would be why

    most games for gold games require a matchrd region

    but you need to live in an xbox live region

    if you are queuing from the website make sure you change thr locale at thr bottom left to your actual region before queuing

    It only prevent syou from queuing the game without a previpusly registeree 360

    I havent really queued any 360 games from my one but i do have a 360 so moot point

    Still having problems? Call the support team, they are able to look into your game licenses...solved my problem...

    Same problem over here. Entered the DLC and it showed up in the queue, played another game for a while and it was gone (so I didn't cancel the download!) and now I can't find it through my apps\games or through my xbox live transaction history...any ideas
    anyone? Anyone else with similar problems?
