Queued Games With Gold DL missing

Discus and support Queued Games With Gold DL missing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I "purchased" Darksiders II while it was the free game (Games with Gold) and at some point the download failed.     Queued Games With Gold DL missing


    I "purchased" Darksiders II while it was the free game (Games with Gold) and at some point the download failed. It's now vanished from the DL queue and I can't redownload it as it's
    just gone from the Games with Gold menu.

    Is there any way to recover the purchase?

    NB: MS Support has been horrible on this. I've spent the last 10 minutes getting failures on the live chat and the contact us options seem to change at random.

    I don't know much about DLC, but over here in The Netherlands were missing a few Games With Gold releases.

    I know I queued up Strike Suit Zero in the beginning of August and that's nowhere to be found anymore. Not on the Xbox One or Live Marketplace. Also this months game, Super Time Force is nowhere to be found.

    All the other games that were released through Games With Gold are present for me. These two are the only ones that are missing. Hoping for a fix.

    Are you sure you didn't get the 360 version?

    Both were available on games with gold

    But had to be queued seperately

    Ok what is your account location and your actual country? Do. they match?

    Do you get the error this content isn't meant for this console of these regions?

    Or did you queue from the website. Avoid the region lock ?

    If the last one that doesn't bypass the region locks it just queues it and it fails at the end and ccorrupts the download

    Your account region console region which can't be changed and actual region has to match

    Download queue is not working

    In my personal experience, using the mobile app for downloading games is very much hit and miss....in 9 months of using my One X, not a single game queued up or downloaded on my console (despite doing it at least once a month), yet the first time i used it with my Series X and the games queued up as they should
