queued game glitch on Xbox App w/ Game Pass

So I recently got game pass ultimate and was downloading some games, with no problems, but specifically nier: automata will not work. when I first tried downloading it it was put into the queue, so no problems, right? well when it got to it's turn to download it just didnt. i tried cancelling the installation/removing it from the queue, but when i went back to the game's page it said it was still in the queue and automatically got put back there, but still doesnt download. ive tried uninstalling the xbox app and reinstalling it, and restarting my pc but it still wont download. the weirdest part is that nier: automata is the only game where this happened, but is also one of the games i was looking forward to the most on game pass... has anybody else ever experienced something like this, and if so is there a fix for it?

We would like to ask for few things to better isolate your issue:

Is your PC and Xbox apps updated? Please use this guides: Get updates for apps and games in Microsoft Store and Update Windows.
Are you using Windows 10/11?
Is your Microsoft Account signed into Microsoft Store and Xbox app?
Have you tried launching Microsoft Store and download the game there?
Is there any error message/code? Please post a screenshot of your issue. You may use this as guide - How to include a screenshot in your post.

i also try w sea of thieves and other games and got the same thing...

and in the xbox app of w 10 in the game pass tab appears nothing too

I did this, and the Game Pass app did not ask about game service to be installed. SoD2 either pulls an error cod (has done three different ones, unfortunately my screen shot did not save properly, and now i can't get it to repeat the error) or it sits at Queued 0% forever (which it is doing now). I tried uninstalling game pass app again and reinstalling, and it is doing the same, pulling errors and queuing forever.

I've tried queuing not on wifi as well with no luck. And besides, in the Game Pass app settings I can go to manage my console, see my games that I have on there and uninstall my games too.
