Queue List Disappears

    Queue List Disappears


    The problem just started yesterday. If I pause a new game installing or updating an older one, turn of the console and come back later there is nothing in my list. The games show as fully installed but aren't. You have to load the game then it
    starts downloading or you have to find the game in the online store then click on install. My console is updated and I've hard reseted.

    Hi Barrel,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. This could happen if there was a temporary disconnection to the internet, there also could be an issue with the OS. We recommend trying a

    soft factory reset    . Make sure to select reset and keep games and apps. Before doing this make sure you know the credentials to the accounts on the console. As they will be removed from the console. You will not lose any save data, if you have been connected
    to the internet.

    Fable III download problem.

    If you manage to download it then its in your download queue that doesn't disappear

    You said yourself you cannot queue it

    .if you cannot and are asked to pay for it them you are trying to qeueue it from the marketplace as stated they turned off the flag

    You must queue it from your download queue

    Seeing as you domt have it on your transaction history then you mever queued it

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. Are you using an external hard drive for your games & apps? Are you a part of the preview program?

    It would also, help us out to know all the troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far. Let us know these details, and we will try our best to resolve this issue.
