Queue help

So I went to download the new titanfall maps and it says it is queued, but when i go to my games and apps, it is not showing in the queue at all. Is this some kind of glitch or is my xbox one messed up? Thanks for your help.

Installing then Queues then installs and Queues again. HELP!

Cancel the installation and unplug your system for 60 seconds. After you start the system back up and start the installation, it should work perfectly.

So I just purchased Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls and I'm in the processes of installing then it randomly queues then proceeds to install then back to queued. It's going back and forth. I have cleared my cached and I have deleted/cancelled the install and tried
to install it again And the problem still persists.

Its installing because it's now on 2% but it still goes to back every couple seconds to queued. Any help?

 

It may very well be a glitch. If you don't see them in the list as downloading try going to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready To Download. Select the item from the list and try starting the download from there.

 

Nope its not there idk what to do i shut off my xbox, i reset my router and it still says it is queued.

 

Are you able to see if it's still listed as queued in the Store?

 

Yeah thats the only reason i know it is queued

 

Ok, that's odd. Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that fixes the problem.

 

That did not work either. I have no idea what to do.

 

Ok, this is odd. Is your gamertag set to the same country that you live in?
