    I can not speak this clearly enough IT IS your legal right under section 12 of the consumer act that if a product is not fit for purpose you are entitled by law to a full refund of the amount PAID if you are having issues with Microsoft please seek legal
    help from your local citizens advice and they will assist you with opening a case or claiming a back charge with your bank

    the game is not fit for purpose to be released or developed by a company who treat its consumers as numbers and do not care what they have to say, this game is a total write of, please claim your refunds the legal way

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    I pre-ordered a game in August but decided to cancel the pre-order and get a refund. I pre-ordered the game with a Visa gift card, and when I went to check my balance on the card, I saw that I didn't receive my refund yet; how long does it usually take for refunds to be processed?
    How long is it until the game actually releases because xbox doesnt actually charge you for preorders until about 10 days before the release date.
