Questions and concerns

After coming here to ask a few questions about my ban I've been growing concerned. I see alot of people saying communication bans don't lift after the enforcement ends and upon looking into this I find it's a long running issue that's still doesn't have
a sure way of fixing. Now what I want to know is how often does this problem actually happen, does it resolve itself, and if not what do I do seeing as enforcement is literally impossible to contact at all?

Oh and I thought if you got a chat ban you don't see anything going on with your mic? I mean mine just says prvacy settings are blocking it. Do bans effect privacy settings?

Xbox one questions and concerns

They made those changes due to pressures from the community. My questions would be:

1. How many can you have in a group Skype chat?

2. Will they have another Party Chat feature other than Skype or Xbox Live Game Chat? It would be good to keep the term "Xbox Live Party Chat" as a party chat feature to use other than Skype I know you can't cross platform chat with 360 users.

3. Can you adjust your Chat Party to be Invite Only like Xbox Live Party. There are times we don't want randoms dropping in.

4. Does the 500GB HDD have a FAST read speed and what is it's read speed and what is the read speed of the Blu-ray drive and it's reading capacities? PS4 has detailed info regarding it's Blu-ray drive on Wikipedia.

5. Can 360 users have 1,000 on their friends list, or is it only for profiles who have an XB1?

6. How long will they keep XBL support for Xbox 360, and when they terminate support, will they port of the most popular Xbox 360 games over to One using an emulator or something. Though not a priority, they might consider it later since 360 has many popular
games.

7. If we hop online with our consoles, will Xbox 360 users receive a notification when we come online on an Xbox One, and vis versa. If we have 360 game beacons, if we jump onto a 360 and play a game which has a beacon, will friends on an XB1 console receive
a notification like we do on the 360?

8. Will there be a Social page on the XB1 like the 360, which shows our 3D avatar? And can we consolidate the amount of tiles/pins/boxes on the XB1 Dashboard because there are more of those on the XB1 Dashboard than the 360 Dashboard. Also can we change
the background colour and add a picture to the XB1 Dashboard?

9. When you're on your 360, can you view your friends list which is capped at 1,000 rather than 100?

I hate to be the guy that has to say this, if it hasnt been said a few posts down but....

If you haven't preordered yet chances are you aren't going to be buying anything. You MIGHT get lucky and get a chance at the next round of preorders. But as of today they are sold out pretty much everywhere. You may have some luck maybe on Walmart.com
but be ready to get slammed in the wallet with bundles. I would suggest if you have the cash you really should go to somewhere like Gamestop and get put down on their preorder notice list. They will call you as soon as Microsoft allots them some consoles.

it's willn't affect everyone who had an communication suspensions but power cycling:

Link here or updating controller may help fix the issue.

'privacy setting are blocking' so did you have an suspension? check messages for an SMS from Xbox Live talking about enforcement action.

Case review is the only way atm to get a answer from them.

Have you checked your privacy and online safety setting? everything communication option allowed/set to everyone?

 

Yes I have an active suspension. I just felt it was strange it said privacy settings were blocking chat as opposed to simply not working. i did a case review and it was upheld.
