Questions about using Netflix on one account, different Xbox's

yes you can watch netflix on both devices at the same time using the same netflix account. yes I do believe you do need xbox live in order to use netflix since thats the only way to go online. he wont be able to play your games if they are digital copys
cause they are under your xbox live account.

Well from your question there are two totally different scenarios. One possible solution if you were to be playing Call of Duty for example, and your wife wanted to watch Netflix, might be to create another Xbox Live account (yes, you will need to purchase
a Gold subscription) for your wife to use. While you are playing games in the living room, your wife can log on to the second account, then log in to your Netflix account (you only need one Netflix account for this.) But I also see you have another problem,
if you wanted to watch Netflix in the living room, and your wife wanted to watch a different program on Netflix in the bedroom. For this to happen, you would need not only 2 Xbox accounts but also 2 Netflix accounts.

Yes to both questions. You can activate a Family Plan across multiple consoles. I have my nephew on our Family Plan who is in a completely different household. With Netflix you can activate up to 5 different devices with one Netflix account.

This seems like a Netflix problem, are you using the same account as your brother? I don't think you can use the same account if it has been linked up to PS3 because there are different ways to display video's ie silverlight and/or flash. It may be defaulting
to flash as it knows you mostly view it on PS3 (Unlikey, But Maybe), Xbox uses silverlight. Whatever it is it seems likley to but on Netflix's server side! As far as playing games and using other apps that is a network or membership issue. I hope you get everything

To use the Netflix app on your Xbox console, your Xbox LIVE gamertag must be associated with a Netflix account. If you want to disconnect your gamertag from its current Netflix account so that you can sign in under a different account, follow the instructions

You might want to disconnect all gamertags (This includes PS3 and other devices) from your Netflix account then link up that one for your Xbox again that you want to use and try it again.

B) netflix won't work since it does block by IP, and using a different regions xbox live account to circumvent availability is against the xbox live terms of use.

C) since that last post, Netflix has announced it will be out in the UK next year. No details about xbox live support yet, but seems reasonable to assume they will continue their partnership with xbox.
