Questions about suspension of Xbox Live

I have been suspended 5 times since February. I have been an xbox live subscriber since for 6 years and have never been suspended one. I submitted a case review and the decision was upheld. The interesting thing is, on the date of my recent suspension,
another player that my group beat sent me a nasty message. How is it possible for them to report me because of beating them? Plus, I am always in party chat so no one else but my other 5 friends can hear me. I don't even speak to the other players. How
can I be accused of harassment? I told them I believe that my account has been messed with, but they found no evidence of that..... How do I reach the enforcement team besides case review?

So, when do they begin to anwser our questions about the reasons of console banned?

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. It doesn't matter if you're just in a party with friends, if someone files a complaint on you the enforcement team will investigate and if they find something they determine is a violation
of the code of conduct, they will take action.

 

In other words they can just press a button to suspend you when your name and situation pop up on their screen now that they don't need to cite evidence of your actions. Question: what is the difference between what the Enforcement Team is capable of and
what GameStop did by lying to their customers about stock? Answer: Not enough. GameStop lied to meet quotas in sales and I suspect the Enforcement Team may very well be doing the same thing with suspensions. If you get reported a few times and never break
the CoC you can still be punished for whatever BS vague reason they give. I'm sure that there is a very real corruption problem since you cannot possibly appeal to have something overturned if you are trying to prove against something so vague and prone to
bias as 'in-or-out-of game harassment' without an example. Two or three messages to someone calling them out for unsporting behaviour can fall under that criteria. I believe that I was just punished for doing just that. I report but also tell the other person
why I reported them so they know why/if they get suspended what they did since MS doesn't care enough about the users to do so. Been a part of LIVE for years but I'm done with the blatant negligence and building a PC. Don't want to say goodbye to my friends
on here but I can't give my commerce to a company that goes from giving evidence to one that willingly hides away their Enforcement Actions and sends bots to repeat the same outdated phrases and send links to exactly what the post-starter said they very clearly
did. There just isn't enough evidence to even suggest to me that the Enforcement Team is not immune to consequences regarding negligent or biased verdicts and that the majority of cases are not looked at by an algorithm searching for keywords or the number
of reports.
