Questions about Games For Gold

I have Bing Rewards points and I am considering redeeming them for a 12 month Xbox Live membership. I want to know though if I do so, will I still be eligible for the free Games For Gold each month. It says it is for paid members only, so I just want to
make sure I can still get them.

They have been doing it at midnight est if you search for it and pay for with 0 points. Not sure if it will work this time.

Yes, you will still qualify. 1 month, 3 month, and 12 month subscriptions are considered a full subscription so they qualify. It's only trials (2-day, 14 day, etc.) that don't.

It doesn’t seem to want to let me log in to xbox live through my xbox 360 even though i am using the same gamertag. Not sure what is going on.

Yes. Once you "purchase" the games on the 360 they're added to your account and would show in the Ready to Install section of your Games and Apps..
