Questions about DLC for those that Preordered & Purchased the Xbox One S 2TB Console - ...

I have a few questions about the DLC for those that Preordered & Purchased the Xbox One S 2TB Console - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle. I preordered & purchased my console thru GameStop and I have a friend who preordered & purchased his console
thru Best Buy.



1) How do we get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One?

Our consoles came with a Digital Code for the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition and I don't see where there are codes to redeem in order to get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One.



2) How do we get the unique Gears of War 4 multiplayer lobby emblem/banner and three Gears packs for special in-game items that comes with the
Xbox Wireless Controller - Gears of War 4 Crimson Omen Limited Edition?

The console comes with the Xbox Wireless Controller - Gears of War 4 Crimson Omen Limited Edition which is supposed to come with DLC that includes a unique Gears of War 4 multiplayer lobby emblem/banner and three Gears packs for special in-game
items yet I don't see any codes for this.



I'm hopeful that we will receive those DLC codes. I hope we do not get penalized and lose out on those DLC codes because we preordered & purchased the
Xbox One S 2TB Console - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle from these retail stores. We should be able to receive those DLC codes also considering the large purchase that was made and the loyalty we showed by not only making the purchase but by also
preordering and paying in advance. I'm hopeful that this matter will be resolved and that we will be receiving those DLC codes as soon as possible. I have faith in this product, this brand & those that will be helping out in this matter. I look forward
to your response.

Gears of War Ultimate NO CODES for Gears Judgment, 1-3

me too i got my 2TB Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Console and that code was not in the box

 

Missing Vintage Del pack from Gears of War 4 xbox one s

"We’re also throwing in the Pre-Order Vintage Del Gear Pack plus six additional Gear Packs to make sure that fans are fully stocked."

it is stated in this link posted by the xbox website that the Vintage Del pack would be included in this bundle. i purchased this bundle in the confidence I would receive all content that's advertised. this was the only thing preventing me from pre ordering
the digital game from the Microsoft store. This is not what I payed $450 for!!

 

You should receive the 360 gears codes within 7-10 days of the games launch. As for the other content, the Official Gears of War site has a great

FAQ section regarding that content.

Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition Content

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In Customization for Vintage Oscar Pack. Bonus Gear Packs in ‘Unopened Gear Packs’ in the store menu.



The Gears of War 4 Xbox One S Limited Edition content contains the Vintage Oscar Pack, which contains the Vintage Oscar character, Vintage Oscar emblem, a Vintage Oscar Bounty and two Vintage weapon skins. You also get 6 Bonus Gear Packs with the Console.



I get an error when I try to download my content.

We have a workaround for this issue that should allow you to install the content while the issue is being fixed:



1. Launch "My Games & Apps"

2. Highlight Gears of War 4

3. Press 'menu' on the controller

4. Select "Manage game"

5. Highlight "Xbox One S Gears of War 4 LE Bundle content packs"

6. Press the 'menu' button and choose "Go to details"

7. Once the store page loads, select "Install"



Please post in this thread with your Gamertag and state that this content is receiving a download error if this workaround does not solve your issue.



Where do I find my content?

The Vintage Oscar pack, including Vintage Oscar character, weapon skins and emblem, can be found under Customization.



Your Bonus Gear Packs will appear in your ‘My Gear Packs’ inventory, found in the Store menu.



What if my content isn’t appearing even though I’ve downloaded this pack successfully?
