    Hello, my name is Sean Grim, I have recently been watching a lot of YouTube videos and it seems a lot of people really dislike the Enforcement Team. I would like to know how they can tell the difference between cheaters hackers and innocent gamers? A lot
    of people seems to report people just to mess with their score, I would like to know is there a monitor that views all activity or just recent chat logs and votes by people just trying to mess with people. I for one have what the Enforcement Team call a Perfect
    Record but I'm just curious.

    Sam - Support does not handle suspensions/bannings. Contacting them will only send you back to the forums. For questions about suspensions/bannings, you have to post in the suspension forums (That Wicked posted) for the enforcement team to answer.

    The enforcement team have many tools at their disposal to tell whether a report is legit or not.

    For obvious reasons they don't disclose what these tools are but any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is carried out.

    The only thing enforcement team can do for you is answer why it was banned

    I don't know why you are asking enforcement for an appeal

    If its an uac issue you must start one with support if they can do anything about enforcement action it would only be done thru them as only the ua teams will consult with the enforcement team

    Pet does not take any appeals only questions about why you were banned
