    Hello all, I would love some help here regarding my one-week communication ban.

    I will admit that the message that got me banned was hateful and unjustified. I do believe one week is extreme especially considering this is the first time I've ever had issues with communication. Not to mention, I was on my little brother's account when
    I sent the message (short sighted I know). I leave for college tomorrow and that leaves my little brother banned five days for something I did, which I feel is harsh for two reasons: (1) a one-week ban for a single message, for a first time offender is a bit
    harsh, and (2) It's not my account.

    I went to the enforcement website to file for a review. Doing the questionnaires when, on two different occasions, the questions agreed with what I put yet I still got them wrong. I checked to make sure and, yes, the enforcement questionnaire questions were incorrect
    on two occasions as I put down the right answer, they agreed with me in the text that explained it, and yet I still got the questions wrong! Now I can't fill out a review for another 24 hours, and I feel this is deeply unfair to my brother who will have to
    suffer the consequences of a mistake of mine.

    I hope to see help from the enforcement team, much respect to them for the work they do. I hope I can get another chance to fill out a questionnaire today so I can get a review and perhaps get my ban-time adjusted.

    Nahh its not that big of a deal but it does confuse a lot of people. Just like it confused smileskybird. She, along with MANY others, heard the word "multiplayer" and visualized a vs multiplayer. Happens with a LOT of people. I just try to help clear up
    the confusion. Its very misleading and in fact scares a lot of people off from trying the co-op / multiplayer.
