    I have been posting on support forms,, asking for help over and over again and it's as though nobody has the time nor the desire to address my concerns. Before I purchased the full 10th Anniversary Standard Edition of Forza Horizon 2, I
    checked out the game by downloading its demo version. I purchased the Fast and Furious/Forza Horizon 2 game package after I thought I was satisfied with its contents and gameplay. Immediately upon these purchases, I knew that I would want to have some different
    cars to play along with and had found out earlier in my experience with the Xbox One that, if you desire variety, you need to purchase add-on packs through the Microsoft Store. So that's exactly what I did. I think my total purchases, including the game itself
    (just for Forza Horizon 2) is at about $100.

    Now I find myself in a situation where I have been seeking help for weeks now. Despite having purchased the Fast and Furious package and all the other add-on's both free and paid, the game will only give me the option to use one specific car. The game allows
    me to see the cars I own if I use the 'All Cars' function, but I found out after spending an hour customizing one that clearly indicated "purchased" and had been downloaded, that it will not allow me to use any other cars. This may be a support issue perhaps
    because my game was a digital download from the Microsoft Store, and did not come with an instruction manual. Maybe there's some way we can change the cars that is not immediately apparent. Fact remains, I am extremely dissatisfied with the game in its current
    condition. It is only allowing me to use one car that I am now sick of driving, it teases me with all the other ones that I bought, but will not let me use them. It is not worth $100 to be driving around with one single car that, even when modified to the
    fullest, is incapable of winning any real races. Further, it is ridiculous to be seeking help and writing post after post on these forums for over three weeks now.


    I need for someone to FINALLY respond. Please respond to me on my personal email,
    [Mod Removed], with instructions as to how to access the cars that I purchased, or downloaded free from your add-on packs. I know there is a way to do so immediately. I am unable to win a championship races using just
    this one single, lame vehicle. If I do not receive a response soon, I will request a refund on the game itself and each addition that I purchased and downloaded, totaling $100. It has been established that all my add-ons have been downloaded and installed
    properly so the instructions merely need to include the game function that would allow me to immediately access my cars.

    If I do not receive a response in a timely fashion, it will, yet again, be an example of Microsoft's apparent disdain for its customers. I've spent literally hours posting on forums here, with X-box and through Forza Motorsports asking for help with
    this issue. Because my question is so simple and easy to answer, yet nobody has bothered, I will spend all of my free time writing negative reviews of both the Xbox One and especially the Forza series. This has got me heated as I paid good money and spent
    all that time getting these cars that I can't even use. For my trouble, and for all the wasted time and expense, with the instructions as to how to unlock the cars that I have already paid for, as a gesture of caring for their customers, I would also like
    for Microsoft to send me a code that will unlock and allow me to download and use the complete Forza 2 Car Pack. This pack apparently includes all of the Fast and Furious car sets (which I am most interested in) and would enhance my gameplay experience by
    100%, as long as the cars are actually accessible in the game.


    Please consider doing your customer right for a change after spending hours trying to get help on one simple issue. The pack is not expensive, nowhere near the price of a game itself ad it would completely satisfy me and make me feel as though I haven't
    wasted my time on yet another company who is only out to get my money.

    I have been a loyal Xbox Live Gold Customer for quite a while now and have been loyal to the Xbox console for even longer. Microsoft has received thousands of dollars from me for gaming alone. Giving me those instructions and rewarding my loyalty and perseverance
    by providing me with a code to open up the rest of the Forza Horizon 2 cars, is not too much to ask for, especially from a multi-million dollar company who truly does care about its customers.
    AN EMAIL SENT DIRECTLY TO MY PERSONAL ADDRESS [Mod Removed] THAT INCLUDES INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS ALREADY PURCHASED AND DOWNLOADED CARS AND A CODE TO ACCESS THE FULL FORZA HORIZONA 2 CAR PACK (INCLUDING FAST AND FURIOUS) FOR MY TIME, EFFORT, TROUBLE
    AND PATIENCE.
    Please respond soon so that I can save myself the time and hassle of getting refunded for all those purchases and then sitting down to write as many negative Forza/Microsoft/Xbox reviews as I can, on every platform I can find. Please
    solve this for me ASAP. Thank you for your time and I hope that I finally get a response.
    Please show me and the rest of your loyal Microsoft customers that you do care about the little guy and what they would like to see. I can tell you that my satisfaction is very, very low at this point and I hope you guys care enough to make it right
    in the way that would change my experience around.

    I really hope that this particular forum works as about a dozen have been unsuccessful so far. Neither Microsoft nor the Turn 10 Games, the makers of Forza have bothered to acknowledge my existence. How can I feel good about being a Microsoft Customer is
    I feel like all they want is my money...and then I can't even use what I pay for. I am already at my wits end and if I can't elicit a response and get reimbursed for this immense trouble, I intend to make it my mission to spread my story and they will likely
    not only loose one long-term loyal customer but many others that read my review and have experienced similar events. Please Microsoft, take care of the little guy and make me 100% more satisfied by answering my simple question and reimbursing me for my headache.
