The Policy Of Handing Out Enforcement Action Without Giving The Accused The Information Required To Defend Themselves (Accuser, What They Are Being Accused Of ...etc) Goes Fundamentally Against The Principal That In The Civilized World We Are Innocent Until
Proven Guilty, Also I Believe All People Have The Right To Face Their Accusers. If A Complaint Is Genuine Then The Reporting Party Should Have No Issue Revealing Themselves So Their Accusation Can Be Fairly Contested Not Arbitrarily Decided Before The Accused
Can Defend Themselves On The Initial Word Of One Person. The Mission Statement Reads That Context Is Important To Them But I Question That Statement And Brand It Untrue If They Continue To Hand Out Enforcement Actions Without Communicating Properly With The
Accused Not Just Notifying Them That You Have Had Enforcement Action , Because A Disgruntled Party/Individual Has Said So. Would Like Someone From Enforcement To Respond. Doubt It Will Happen Though.

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

Sorry that your account was banned. Regarding this, Xbox Enforcement cases are not handled on the Xbox Forums nor can Xbox Support access information regarding enforcement actions taken on an account.

You should have gotten an email from the Xbox Policy & Enforcement team that was attached to account. However, you can also access this information on the Xbox Enforcement site under "Enforcement History":

enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements (Please login with the Microsoft Account that had the Xbox Profile banned attached to it).

If you still have questions regarding the enforcement action taken on your account, please start a "Case for Review" to have the case re-evaluated and ability to chat with a member on the Xbox Policy & Enforcement Team. You may find more information on this
