Question: Will there be a feature to change the background of the Xbox One?

Like for example like the Xbox 360 has like changing the theme.

Xbox Music in background

According to the head of Xbox, its about "games games games". Though I'd still like to see the missing Xbox Live Features added to Xbox 1 like voice commands change dash background and maybe even music. The head of Xbox also knows that lots of peps want
to be able to play music in the background.

This Dashboard game sounds fun Burnin, can you tell me more about it? ;P

 

Play Music from my Computer

There is at the very least the "PlayTo" feature from Windows Media Player to throw media to your Xbox One, but it can't run in the background. Hopefully a feature like the 360 had will be implemented soon.

 

Maybe but i doubt it. The UI is really different IMO.

 

Remember 360's UI is metro too! I really think they should since X-B-O-X 360 has it (emphasized Xbox because although 360 and 1 have their differences, it's still Xbox). Especially the younger peps and those who don't want to have a boring black background.
It looks too Windows 8. There are those of us who want this ability.

 

Maybe the possibility to add a background color,but there are not enough space to have a theme or a picture.

But i don't care,i spend my time on Xbox one to play games and use some apps,not to watch the dashboard.

 

I think the whole point is to make it look like windows 8, so I would say no themes are coming.

 

i think they should have a clear, see through theme for the tiles and that way when you set a background you can see the whole thing.will look pretty sweet!
