    @princeofpwnge: That's crazy with that speed and still having issues when hard-wired. I also have mine wired directly and have not had bandwidth issues (yet), just one "connection lost". But I have been using it in the morning on the East coast, so maybe
    in the evening the servers and bandwidth are taxed because more people are on it?

    Not sure what the official download speed you should have, but from my experience you'll need at least 5mps download to be able to stream without interruptions

    Sounds about right if you're pinging from a server that's far away from you. Do a speedtest on your computer.

    I suspect it's either your home network or your ISP. Unless there is no servers in Germany lmao.

    Download-speed: 2.91 mbps, upload-speed: 0.53 mbps and a latency of 230ms

    Nearly the same out of latency, there is a difference...

    But, honestly, i do not want to know what i have. I do want to know what need to play xbox fitness without interrupts...

    The fact you have a ping of so high and the very basic download speed of what you need for online gaming you're always going to get interruptions on your gaming experience while online.

    If you're able to you really need to upgrade your internet.
